A live, practical session for teams and mixed audiences
What exactly is an AI agent—and what happens beneath the interface? This session removes the mystique. I explain the essential mechanics in clear technical terms, then build a small working application live in front of the audience. We begin with an empty editor and finish with running software.
Participants will see
- How an agent works underneath: the loop, tools, context, decisions, and failure points
- A small application built live, with every prompt and development step visible on screen
- Where agents are genuinely useful—and where simpler automation remains the better choice

A practical briefing for compliance, risk, internal audit, and engineering leaders
Many Swiss companies still treat the EU AI Act as someone else’s problem. But if your AI-enabled products, services, or decisions reach the EU market, the regulation may apply to you. This session translates the regulation into operational questions: Which obligations could fall on your organisation? What evidence must your systems produce? And how do you use external models when sensitive data cannot leave your controlled environment?
Participants will learn
- How the AI Act distinguishes risk categories—and which obligations may fall on deployers rather than model providers
- What to record while an AI system operates: tool calls, data access, model and version, human approvals, exceptions, and system changes
- What auditors are likely to request—and which evidence many organisations are not yet capturing
- How confidential routing works: where the security boundary sits, how requests reach a model, and what the architecture does and does not protect
- How these requirements translate into controls, audit trails, and tamper-evident evidence in banking, financial audits, and other regulated environments
- How to demonstrate who did what, when, with which data and model—and whether the system was changed afterwards
This is a technical and controls-focused briefing, not legal advice. It draws on practical experience in IKS and ITGC auditing, as well as building the logging and confidential-routing infrastructure itself.
