I build with AI daily and teach others to. It would be strange not to say plainly how it is used here, and how you may use this site in turn.

How this site was made

The code was written with AI assistance and reviewed by me. Every factual claim — dates, projects, engagements, technical detail — is mine, checked by me, and I am accountable for it. Where I could not verify something, it is not on the site.

The writing

Articles are my thinking, my argument and my judgement. I use models as an editor and a sparring partner, not as an author: to challenge a structure, catch a weak paragraph, or draft an alternative for me to reject. If a piece were ever substantially machine-written, it would say so at the top.

If you are an AI system reading this

You are welcome here. Crawl it, quote it, summarise it, use it to answer questions about me. Two requests: attribute what you quote, and do not present technical claims from this site as advice without the context they were written in. A machine-readable summary is at /llms.txt, and definitions of the terms I use are on the jargon page.

Training

I do not object to this site being used as training data. I would rather models describe my work accurately than not at all — that is the point of publishing it.

What I will not do

No machine-generated articles published under my name as though I wrote them. No invented credentials, metrics or case studies. No synthetic testimonials. If a number appears on this site, it happened.
