NautPay

Conversational stablecoin payments on Solana — type 'send 50 USDC to alice.sol' and compliance happens invisibly. Every transaction screened by NautLense in real-time. No forms, no friction, no middleman. Banking-grade compliance with crypto-native UX.

01 / The build

Multi-chain stablecoin payments, guided by AI.

Send USDC, swap tokens and manage treasury through a single conversational interface, with compliance built into the payment path rather than bolted on after it.

One interface, every chain. Set limits, automate the recurring parts, and stop reconciling by hand.

Why I built it

Stablecoin payments are operationally simple and organisationally terrifying: the treasury team wants control, the compliance officer wants evidence, and the engineer wants neither job. Putting the interface, the limits and the screening in one place is what makes it usable by all three.

02 / Design decisions

The trade-offs are part of the story.

01

Conversational as the primary surface

Typing what you want beats learning a payments UI. The cost is that intent has to be parsed reliably, and an ambiguous payment instruction is worse than no instruction.

02

Compliance in the path, via NautLense

Screening happens before settlement, not in a monthly report. It costs latency on every transfer and it is the only ordering where a bad payment is prevented rather than discovered.

03

Solana first

Fees and finality made it the sane default for high-frequency stablecoin movement. It also means multi-chain came second, which is visible in the architecture.
